BAMBOO JERSEY WHITE

Bamboo Jersey is a medium-weight jersey fabric, made from natural Bamboo. Bamboo is fast-growing, naturally resistant to ‘pests’ and doesn’t require much water in the growing process. This coupled with the entire plant (root, stem and leaf) being used for the production of garments is why bamboo is considered a sustainable fabric to use. Bamboo Jersey is created by separating bamboo leaves into thin threads, which are then spun into thread for weaving and knitting fabrics. As bamboo jersey is absorbent and breathable, it is cool to wear and has become a favourite fabric for designers creating summer outfits.

Fabric is prepared for dyeing and/or printing.
