Calico natural medium weight cotton is the popular choice for making prototype clothes, whilst also being used a lot in creating pillowcases, duvets and bedding sets because of its durable but soft feel. The fabric will shrink up to 10-15% in the initial wash. As long as the first wash temperature is not exceeded, further shrinkage should be minimal, we recommend a wash temperature between 30-40 degrees.
Fabric is untreated ie. natural cream colour and requires washing before further processing.
